Engineering
Our world-class research and development team (which includes mechanical, electrical, civil and software engineers) is responsible for turning concepts into designs. These innovators are responsible for the patented and exclusive features that make our products one-of-a-kind. We are unique in that we look well beyond the furnace with our designs. Specifically, we are the experts in fuel management. We understand getting the used oil to the furnace correctly and consistently is as important to success as combusting it. We have developed specific accessories designed to simplify or enhance the customer experience with low fuel cut-off switches that prevent air from entering your system, automated tank level control systems to manage the fuel level of multiple tanks, the patent pending Airscape designed to eliminate air that would otherwise enter your system from air infused oil, high vacuum conditions, loose fittings to name just a few. From single furnace or boiler systems to multi-unit applications heating spaces in excess of 100,000 square feet, we know how to design the simplest yet most robust solution you can own.
In the development stage, the design gets built, tested, improved, then rebuilt, retested, and so on. This continues until we know, beyond a doubt, we’ve got it right. Our development lab allows us to replicate any environment or situation there is. We can replicate an Alaskan winter in the middle of a Tennessee summer or simulate the high vacuum condition of a 20 foot tall tank nearly out of oil. We developed filtration systems for industrial customers that makes their unique oil easier to burn or one of a kind combustion systems for highly specialized applications. So when a product finally makes it into your building that’s when the final and most important test starts: How does it hold up to your standards?
We’re just as focused on how our products work in the field. Our field engineers have years of experience scoping jobs and studying a variety of applications (including furnace selection and placement as well as fuel management). We use these insights to train our distributors so they can develop tailored solutions that meet your specific needs. Alongside our dealers, we work to understand your needs to develop the right solution for your business.
Making difficult easy for you is what we do.
Waste-oil heating systems this advanced don’t create themselves. At EnergyLogic, we rely on a number of proven processes to make sure our products exceed every expectation.
