Refunds and Returns



Thank you for shopping accessories at EnergyLogic.com. We're committed to making you feel good about your purchase.In the unlikely event you must return an accessory you’ve purchase on our website, the following information will help you process your return: No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please call (800) 335-3092 to speak to customer service to obtain an RAN# and shipping instructions. Returns should be shipped to 5901 Crossings Blvd., Antioch, TN 37013. We will issue a check to you in the amount of the product ordered.

Return Authorization Process

Prior to returning any part, you must obtain a return authorization number (RAN), which may be claimed by calling (800) 335-3092.

EnergyLogic shall have the right to deny any RAN request.

Parts returned without a RAN will not be accepted.

Warranty returns must be submitted within 30 days of service.

All return parts must be received within 30 days from RAN issue date or they will be denied.

Proof of Purchase may be required.

There is a restocking fee of 25%. (See below.)

EnergyLogic shall, at its discretion, either: (a) request photos with authorization to scrap the part and issue credit, (b) require the part to be returned freight prepaid, with reimbursement due upon receipt and evaluation, or (c) send a replacement part.

Restocking fee

Products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping prepaid, using the most convenient shipping method. 

Non-returnable items

Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized dealer or shipped to our service department for repair, which may be covered under warranty.

Cancelled Orders

An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees. Installed Items 
Once an item has been installed it cannot be returned. EnergyLogic is not responsible for any damage due to improper installation.

Damaged Products 

Please take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If damage is found, the recipient is responsible for filing a claim. All orders are shipped FOB origin.

Defective Products 

We encourage you to test your product upon receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. In most cases, issues can be resolved over the phone. Please contact us if you have additional questions. You can reach EnergyLogic customer service at (800) 335-3092.
